Job Description
Landscaping Crew Laborers Urgently hiring Tualatin, Oregon!
- Job Title: Landscaping Crew Laborers*
- Pay: $18-$19 DOE*
- Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm (overtime and additional days may be required)*
- Start Date: ASAP
- Cutting turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging with gas-powered tools to maintain pristine lawns.*
- Pruning shrubs and low-hanging branches to improve plant health and landscape appearance.*
- Planting new flowers and maintaining existing flower beds to enhance curb appeal.*
- Operating equipment such as edgers, blowers, and trimmers along sidewalks, beds, and around property features.*
- Picking up trash, blowing leaves, and composting organic debris to keep landscapes tidy.*
- Mulching beds and organic matter during mowing to prevent weed growth and improve soil health.*
- Performing routine weeding and basic preventative equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.*
- Removing dead plants, trash, and suckers to maintain landscape health and aesthetics.*
- Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude with clients and team members while reporting any safety concerns to the Crew Leader.
- At least 18 years old with a dependable work ethic.*
- Enthusiasm for outdoor work and a positive attitude.*
- Ability to operate equipment safely, including power saws, blowers, and trimmers.*
- Certification on level 1 equipment (backpack blowers, string trimmers, edgers, mowers).*
- Basic knowledge of horticultural maintenance and landscape practices.*
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
