You'll work closely with your crew and management to ensure project success and client satisfaction. What You'll DoAs a Landscaping Crew Lead in Tualatin, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site inspections and providing hands-on guidance for soil preparation, planting, watering, and pest control.*
- Ensuring all work meets client standards while optimizing operational workflows.*
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles and training crew members on safety protocols.*
- Managing work schedules, reviewing charts, and preparing reports.*
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials such as mulch, fertilizer, and plants, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.*
- Performing physical tasks including bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the day.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record over the past three years.*
- At least 2 years of landscape installation experience.*
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.*
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques, equipment operation (skid steer, excavator, backhoe), and reading architectural drawings.*
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others.*
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to safety standards.*
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform continuous physical activity.
