Job Description:We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who values teamwork, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily landscaping maintenance tasks, leading crew members, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your leadership will help us deliver top-quality service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, mulch installation, and general cleanup.
Assign tasks to crew members based on project needs, skill levels, and safety guidelines.
Monitor work to ensure it meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of project scope and client needs.
Train new crew members and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and efficiency.
Maintain equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Promote safe work practices and ensure all team members follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience leading landscaping or grounds maintenance crews, with a proven track record of managing teams and completing projects on time.
Bilingual: fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to connect well with diverse team members and clients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and ensure quality work.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate landscaping equipment is a plus.
Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in various weather conditions, with good stamina and focus on safety.
Dependable, professional attitude, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades:

Liderar, motivar y coordinar las actividades diarias en mantenimiento de jardines, incluyendo corte de césped, poda, instalación de mulch y limpieza general.
Asignar tareas a los miembros del equipo según las necesidades del proyecto, habilidades y normas de seguridad.
Revisar y supervisar el trabajo para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de seguridad, calidad y fechas de entrega.

Requisitos:

Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia liderando equipos de jardinería o mantenimiento de exteriores, con un historial probado de gestionar equipos y completar proyectos de manera efectiva y oportuna.
Bilingüe: dominio del inglés y del español, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación para relacionarte con diferentes tipos de clientes y compañeros.
Gran atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas para manejar múltiples proyectos y garantizar la calidad del trabajo.
Licencia de conducir válida y expediente de manejo limpio.
Capacidad física para realizar trabajo al aire libre en distintas condiciones climáticas, con buena resistencia y enfoque en la seguridad.
Actitud responsable, profesional y comprometido con ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.
