Job Description
A. Buckley Landscaping is seeking a driven Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape industry professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping clients transform their outdoor spaces through high-quality landscape construction and enhancement projects.
Whether you're currently working in landscape sales or looking to transition from a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, or Branch Manager role, we encourage you to apply. Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $50,000–$85,000 annually(Includes base salary plus commission opportunities, based on experience and performance.)

What You'll Do
- Develop and close new business opportunities for residential and commercial landscape projects
- Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals and provide solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Represent A. Buckley Landscaping at networking events and within the community
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, landscape construction, horticulture, design/build, account management, project management, or outside sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, and estimating is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
