Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and mentor landscaping crew to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standard
- Plan, coordinate and oversee daily tasks, including planting, pruning, fertilization and irrigation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations
- Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- 1-3 years experience
- Valid driver's license required
