Key Responsibilities:
- Use ASL, voice, gesture, and print as needed
- Scaffold and model language development
- Support student comprehension and participation
- Collaborate with Teachers of the Deaf and classroom staff
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
- Associates or Bachelors degree in required field (preferred)
- EIPA 2.5+, ASLPI 3+, or BEI Basic (REQUIRED)
- Passed EIPA Written Test (preferred)
- NIC (preferred)
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Background check, liability insurance, TB test
