Freeman+Leonard is seeking a LATAM Marketing Manager for an entertainment company This is a hybrid role in Culver CityMUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE MUST have social media and events experience Were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead both social media and experiential marketing (conventions/events) across Latin America and North America. The role will be focused approximately 60% on LATAM and 40% on North America, depending on business needs. What Youll Do
- Manage or support local agencies and resources in LATAM*
- Plan and execute regional events and promotions in LATAM and North America*
- Collaborate with partners on cross-promotions and marketing activations*
- Track distribution/licensing initiatives and align marketing accordingly*
- Interpret insights and trends to shape social media strategy*
- Translate data into actionable campaigns and initiatives*
- Brainstorm and support creative promotions across both regions*
- Attend and support conventions (approx. 3x/year)*
- Coordinate approvals with global teams for marketing assets*
- Oversee asset approvals from third-party partners
- 5+ years of relevant social media experience*
- Background or strong interest in experiential/event marketing*
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish*
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed*
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro*
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint*
- Bachelors degree
