We're Hiring: CNC Lathe Machinist Location: Appleton, WI Full-Time 1st or 2nd Shift (2 Shift: 3-Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!) 7% Shift Premium Join a Company Where YOU Own the Future (ESOP Company!)Are you a skilled lathe machinist who's ready for a cleaner, more advanced, and more rewarding workplace?At A to Z Machine, we're not just producing precision parts-we're building a future we all own together. As an employee-owned company, we invest in your success as much as our own. What You'll Do:Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls

Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting

Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods

Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs

Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment

Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups What You Bring:3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment

Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve
