Job Description
We are currently seeking a "Law Enforcement Response Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients. Please apply if you are interested and available for it.Title: Law Enforcement Response AnalystDuration: 04+ Months ContractPay Range: $28 - $30/Hour on W2Location: 100% RemoteResponsibilities:
- Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas.
- Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers’ privacy.
- Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone.
- Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business.
- Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams across Square, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec.
- Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests.
