Job Description
Law Enforcement Response AnalystOakland, CA 946126+ Months 100% RemoteDuties:
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvements
- Ability to remain highly organized when faced with contending priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with outside entities
- Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
- A track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected
- Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
- Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers' privacy
- Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone
- Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business
- Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates
- Work cross-functionally with various teams across client, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec
- Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests
- 1 - 3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
