Marketing Manager
Ben Hall Law | East Lansing, Michigan | Full Time | On Site (remote flexibility) | Salary Range: $60,000+ plus performance bonuses
About Ben Hall Law
Ben Hall Law is a growing Michigan law firm focused on two core areas: representing those charged with crimes, including police officers in high-stakes criminal matters and representing the Department of Health and Human Services in child abuse and neglect cases. Our work is serious, public-facing, and high impact. We take pride in being prepared, ethical, and dependable when the stakes are the highest.
We are intentional about building a firm that is sustainable, respected, and built to last. Marketing at Ben Hall Law is not about fluff. It is about clarity, credibility, and consistently communicating who we are and the value we provide.
Ben Hall Law is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all marketing functions. This role oversees campaigns, analyzes performance, manages agency relationships, and ensures high quality lead generation for the firm. This position is primarily on-site with the ability to occasionally work from home. The applicant MUST live in Michigan and within a reasonable commuting distance. Candidates living outside of the commuting distance will not be considered.
We are hiring a marketing professional to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and help build a stronger, more consistent marketing engine for the firm. This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and a real seat at the table. You will work closely with firm leadership, have direct visibility into results, and play a meaningful role in the firm's long-term growth.

In this role, you will:

Help leadership make better decisions through clear reporting and insights
Lay the groundwork for future growth of the marketing function
This is not a passive role. Your work will directly affect reputation, revenue, and the firm's ability to grow responsibly.
