Depending on experience and skill set, you can earn $20.00 - $26.00/hour. You also enjoy sweet benefits and perks like flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities. While this is a seasonal role, you work full-time hours from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday- Friday with overtime available. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LAWN CARE LEAD
You're working in the outdoors and fresh air, leading your team in completing quality services to meet client expectations. Thinking strategically, you create a plan for the day and decide the best way to tackle various mowing, trimming, and fertilizing tasks. You guide your team in completing these responsibilities, providing additional training as needed to ensure everyone does a great job.
Here's what we need from you:
- Mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weed spraying experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet most of the day
- Previous lawn mowing experience
Leadership skills or experience would be preferred.
