Great opportunities await you at North County Landscape CO.! We are a professionally operated, full-service lawn maintenance and landscaping company proudly serving our community since 2003. As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing.
We are currently seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance Crew.
Job Summary
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a 2-person crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This hands-on, outdoor position includes mowing, edging, blowing, and bed maintenance while meeting company quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
Follow procedures and direction from management
Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting quality expectations
Use appropriate equipment for each job site
Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager
Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training
Maintain a self-motivated, professional attitude
Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times
Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
Qualifications & Skills
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment
Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Wage: $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
Monday–Thursday schedule (occasional Fridays during busy season)
Medical and vision coverage after 90 days
6 paid holidays per year after 90 days
Paid Time Off after 180 days
