As the Lawn Mowing Supervisor/Crew Lead, you'll oversee our mowing crews, ensuring efficient, high-quality service. You'll be responsible for daily scheduling, crew management, quality control, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lawn care experience who wants to step into a leadership role, work in a supportive team environment, and grow with a company that's on the rise.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, train, and manage lawn mowing teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with the highest quality.
• Organize daily mowing schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all mowers, trimmers, and blowers are properly used and maintained.
• Inspect job sites regularly to ensure lawns meet client and company standards.
• Conduct daily safety checks and enforce company safety protocols.
• Interact with clients professionally, address concerns, and provide service updates.
• Track crew efficiency, report job completions, and suggest process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding job performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial lawn care experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
• Knowledge of lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to drive company vehicles to job sites.
• Strong Work Ethic. You're reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stay on your feet throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail. A keen eye for quality and precision in lawn maintenance.
• Experience with irrigation systems & landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Certifications in turf management or landscaping are a plus.
