Job Description

Abacus Staffing is hiring LBE Support Technicians to assist in Talbot County, MD with the upcoming election operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting technical and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Testers
Support Field Support Technicians during Early Voting and Election Day
Help with election preparation tasks (such as packing precinct bags)
Provide general administrative support as needed by local election boards (LBEs)
Offer guidance to Early Voting and Election Day Technicians when requested

Requirements:

Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
Reliable transportation is preferred

Project Duration:LBE Support Technicians are required to attend up to 5 days of training and must be available starting 8 weeks prior to Election Day through 1 week after Election Day (approximately 9 weeks total).

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (based on LBE needs; overtime/ weekends may be required)
