Now Hiring LMSWs – Join Our Growing Team at Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts! 🌿Job Title: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), LCSW, LMSW, LPCLocation: Danbury, CT (Hybrid – In-Person & some Hybrid Options )Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, )License Requirement: Active Connecticut license (required)About Us:At Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts, We are a collaborative, patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric and therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults. Position Overview

The therapist will provide substance use evaluations, individual counseling, relapse prevention group, and coordinate care with our psychiatric providers and therapists. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team-based environment.  Experience in substance use disorder need.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments

  • Provide individual/and or group substance use counseling

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PA, and therapists

  • Provide relapse prevention and psychoeducation

  • Participate in case consultation as needed
