Job Description

The role:

The Lead, Project Delivery oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects aligned with strategic initiatives and business objectives, including the development of brand assets, digital communications, content creation, and creative design deliverables such as emails, PowerPoint presentations, videos, flyers, brochures, messaging guides, and other materials. This role ensures optimal resource allocation and the timely completion of high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate and manage multiple workflows from strategy development through release to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative projects.

  • Develop clear project plans and timelines to provide organization and accountability.

  • Collaborate with internal strategy, content, and creative teams to steward development, production, and fulfillment of marketing and communications requests that meet brand standards.

  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to balance competing demands and ensure projects receive appropriate support for successful completion.

  • Monitor progress and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues to leadership when necessary to maintain scope, budget, and timeline integrity.

  • Facilitate meetings by setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up to keep projects on schedule and maintain clear communication among teams and stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a fast-paced, preferably a creative environment.

  • Proficient in project management or workflow tools, preferably Wrike.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • An ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to thrive in an environment that requires significant interaction with colleagues and senior leadership. 

  • Skilled in leading and facilitating meetings.

  • An ability to work across teams and functions to drive consensus, action, and results-based work.

  • An ability, interest and desire to stay current via seminars, industry literature, and formal training and development.
