The SeniorBrandManager ofMarketingOperationsisa leader who will own theCreativeProcess and Creative Rituals and Routinesfor Kraft Heinz North America – leading the implementation,administrationand continuous improvement of the existing process, andevolving itfor the future. You will driveefficiencyand alignment across theBusiness Unitbrand teams, Central Marketing functions,and agencies.
Key Components of the Role (Job Responsibilities)
As leader of the Kraft HeinzCreativeProcess, you will play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision,cultureand performance by ensuring that engagement and alignmenthappenin a timely manner:
Supportand leadthe evolution of the Kraft Heinz Creative Process byidentifyinggaps, prioritizing opportunities, and building practical plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Help supporttheCreative Rituals and Routines tied to the process, making sure meetings are well run and lead to clear decisions, actions, and ownership.
Work with Commsleadsonbrand teams tooptimizeIATprocesses, providing guidance,toolsand support tomaximize efficiency.
Identifyand share Creative Process best practices across the business unit brand teams
Support the budget management process– ensuring productionefficienciesareimplementedwherenecessary.
Qualifications
Acurious, courageous, collaborative leader,passionate aboutcreative processandimplementation.
Hands-on experience via client and/or agency-side roles to understand the point ofview, goals andintentionof marketers and their agency partners.
Demonstrated fluency indeveloping,implementingand managing creativeprocesses.
Excellent communication,organizationand relationship buildingskills. Comfortbuildingclear narrativedecks, presenting&gaining consensusfrom key collaborators.
Ability toinfluencebroadteamsat various levelswithout direct authoritythroughtrust andownership
Modelsresiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility requiring simultaneous project management and “never settle” demeanor.A mindset of“excellence.”

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
