Job Description

Montarra Homes is looking for a true leader to run our first Colorado crew. You will read the plans, lead the team daily, ensure top-quality work, and help create homes that feel alive with positive energy.
What you’ll do:
- Run the entire build from framing through finish.
- Read blueprints and direct the crew.
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Help infuse every project with pride and intention.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring site cleanliness, safety, and security.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of high-end carpentry & framing experience.
- Performing high-level rough and finish carpentry, including framing and custom trim, while ensuring work meets plans and building codes.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- SIPs construction experience is a big plus.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Pay: $48–$52 per hour (based on experience) + overtime + performance bonuses
