✅ Lead Childcare Teacher
Are you a passionate, experienced early childhood educator ready to lead a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn?
We’re looking for Lead Teachers to work in Strongsville, Ohip who love working with young children and want to be part of a supportive, close‑knit school community where teachers are valued and growth is encouraged.

⏰ Schedule Options
Monday–Friday
- 9:00am–6:00pmNo nights. No weekends.
💰 Compensation
$14–$17 per hour, based on education and experience

📚 What You’ll Do
- Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Communicate with families using our parent app
- Observe, assess, and support each child’s development
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
- Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (required)
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center
- Ability to pass required background checks
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
