Job Description
National Research Centers, Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to help drive the success of our clinical trials in Miami. This is an on-site, in-person position based at our Miami, FL location. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who's ready to take the next step in their clinical research career - leading site operations, mentoring a team of CRCs, and contributing directly to the success of our research site.If you thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to expert on site protocols, ensuring the entire team stays aligned with study requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Act as the key point of contact between the Site Lead, CRC team, and Front Desk, keeping communication clear and workflows efficient
- Lead weekly report reviews with the CRC team and COO to track study progress and site performance
- Oversee EDC systems access and data across all assigned studies
- Build tools, checklists, and workflows that make patient recruitment and enrollment run smoother
- Guide day-to-day study procedures to ensure full protocol compliance for every subject
- Ensure accurate, timely data collection, CRF completion, and AE reporting
- Be the trusted voice for protocol-related questions, escalating issues to management when needed
- Take part in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections (internal, sponsor, and FDA)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of GCP and federal clinical trial regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple studies at once
- Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams
- Comfortable with EDC systems and clinical data platforms
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset
