We are currently seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic to join our expanding team serving commercial clients throughout Virginia and Maryland.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects
- Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with team members, project managers, and customers
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
