Lead Commercial HVAC Installer
Location: Spokane, WA | Hayden, ID | Sandpoint, ID
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available | 4-Day Work Week Options!
Legacy Heating & Cooling is a growing commercial HVAC company serving the Inland Northwest. We are currently hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to help oversee installations, support field teams, and deliver high-quality workmanship on commercial projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC installation projects
- Oversee job progress and maintain quality standards
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
- Support and guide installation team members
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation
- Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
- Ability to lead crews and maintain job quality
- 06A HVAC Electrical License preferred
- Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus
- NATE Certification is a plus
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
