Job Description

Primary Skills: Online community management (advanced), Discord administration (advanced), Event planning (intermediate), Content strategy (advanced), Data analysis (intermediate) Contract Type:  W2 Only Duration:  6+ Months Location: Portland, OR (#LI - Hybrid) Pay Range: $50-$55/Hr. on W2#LPJob Summary: This role is responsible for building and scaling engagement programs for live sellers, focusing on fostering a strong community. You will manage existing programs and launch new initiatives, such as a Discord pilot, to enhance seller interaction and feedback. The core objective is to strengthen seller engagement, drive feature adoption, and create a sustainable community model.Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage the Live Community and Discord pilot.
  • Develop programs for seller participation and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Create and execute content and editorial strategies.
  • Plan and lead virtual events for sellers.
  • Gather and analyze seller feedback to influence improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Extensive experience in online community building.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow digital communities.
  • Strong skills in program development and execution.
