Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modulesDevelop and customize SAP Fiori applications including work order management, notifications, and maintenance executionLead end-to-end implementation of maintenance processes including preventive maintenance, work order management, equipment master data, and functional location hierarchiesOptimize asset lifecycle management processes from procurement through disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsImplement maintenance planning strategies, task lists, and maintenance plans to improve asset reliability and reduce downtimeSupport integration between EAM modules and other SAP components including MM, FI, and HR for comprehensive business process automationProvide expert-level user training and ongoing support for maintenance planners, technicians, and management users

Required QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance modules in enterprise environmentsProven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations and system upgrades

Technical SkillsExpert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules including Plant Maintenance (PM), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Materials Management integrationProficiency in SAP Fiori application development and customization using SAP UI5 frameworkExperience with maintenance execution processes, work order management, and preventive maintenance strategies
