Lead Data Science/ Design AnalystDenver, CO5 Days onsite• Design skills are paramount – this is a design/portfolio-driven role • Portfolio quality > technical depth • Will favor a less technical candidate with exceptional design work • Will reject highly technical candidates with average design skills ______________=9 Primary Skills (Must-Have / Decision Drivers)• Data Visualization Design Excellence o High-end Tableau dashboards (aesthetic + insight-driven) o Strong visual storytelling (clarity, narrative, impact) • Portfolio Strength (Critical) o Demonstrated work: dashboards, presentations, infographics, wireframes o Ability to explain design decisions (color, layout, hierarchy) • Presentation & Visual Communication o Executive-level PowerPoint design o Typography, layout, branding consistency • Creative Thinking + Art Background o Graphic design fundamentals o Ability to elevate team's visual standards ______________=9 Secondary Skills (Supportive / Nice-to-Have)• Tableau Advanced Features o LOD expressions, parameters, actions • Basic Analytics / Data Skills o SQL fundamentals o Exposure to data workflows • UX/UI & Front-End Awareness o Wireframing, React (optional) o User experience thinking • Design Tools o Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents • Collaboration & Delivery o Cross-functional teamwork o Fast turnaround with high quality
