Lead Development Associate (Italian Speaker)
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate pipeline growth by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring high-quality lead engagement and effective qualification within the IT solutions landscape.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Engage with inbound and outbound MQLs through calls, emails, and social outreach to assess interest, needs, and buying intent
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team
Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel to build a strong and consistent pipeline
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts when relevant
Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and activity levels
Stay informed on IT products, solutions, and market trends to effectively position offerings
Who are we looking for?
1-3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the IT/Tech industry
Proven track record of converting MQLs into SQLs or generating qualified pipeline
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly in IT solutions or services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
