Job Description

About Arena Club

At Arena Club, we’re igniting a collectibles revolution. Backed by legendary 5× World Series Champion Derek Jeter and trailblazer Brian Lee, we’ve launched the first-ever digital card show—a dynamic marketplace where innovation, transparency, and pure excitement drive everything we do. Our cutting-edge platform offers unparalleled grading, authentication, secure vaulting, and digital pack openings (Slab Packs™), giving collectors the power to curate unique online showrooms and redefine their collecting experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Digital Marketing Analyst who lives and breathes data — and knows how to build the systems, processes, and team culture around it. As a senior individual contributor and de facto leader on the analytics function, you'll own the end-to-end performance marketing intelligence infrastructure and serve as the strategic analytics partner to both our marketing leadership and C-suite.

This isn't a role for someone who just pulls reports or follows existing playbooks. We need someone who has built measurement frameworks from the ground up, who challenges assumptions, and who brings a point of view to every conversation they walk into.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of our performance marketing reporting infrastructure
  • Serve as the primary analytics thought partner to marketing leadership, translating business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks
  • Partner with our data engineering team to establish scalable data pipelines and a best-in-class marketing data model
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and operational reporting that drive daily decision-making across the marketing org
  • Define and govern marketing measurement standards — including attribution methodology, KPI frameworks, and testing protocols
  • Lead A/B testing strategy and experimentation roadmap for performance marketing channels
  • Mentor and elevate the analytical capabilities of cross-functional teammates
  • Proactively surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities before they're asked for

Who You Are

You've been in the room when the data told a story that changed the direction of a company — and you were the one who found it. You've built attribution models, designed experimentation frameworks, and presented findings to skeptical executives with confidence. You bring structure to ambiguity, opinions to discussions, and rigor to everything you ship. You're as comfortable whiteboarding a measurement strategy as you are debugging a complex SQL query at 9pm before a board meeting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with significant tenure supporting a performance marketing team at a primarily online, B2C, ecommerce, or similar business
  • Demonstrated experience owning analytics infrastructure end-to-end — not just contributing to it
  • Deep expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch measurement
  • Expert-level SQL — you write complex, production-quality queries and can review others' work
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, Metabase, or similar); strong opinions on what good looks like
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders
  • Track record of proactively identifying insights and driving business outcomes — not just fulfilling requests
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and quantitative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sports or TCG (Trading Card Games) enthusiast
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment where you've had to build before you could optimize

Location Requirements

  • Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week

The Arena Club Standard

Life at Arena Club isn’t for the faint of heart — and that’s by design. We’re building products and experiences the collectibles world has never seen. This is a proving ground. It demands your best every single day, because anything less means you’re falling behind.

From day one, you’re in the game. Trusted to deliver, expected to own outcomes, and driven to raise the bar higher than you thought possible. We don’t just execute — we innovate, compete, and win together.

If you want routine or predictability, you won’t find it here. But if you’re ambitious, relentless, and hungry to prove yourself on a team built to dominate — step into the arena. You’ll discover growth and reward here, unlike anywhere else.
