Job Description
We're looking for a Lead Electrical Service Tech who knows the trade, leads from the front, and keeps jobs moving the right way. This role is hands-on in the field and a go-to resource for other techs when help is needed.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of sign and/or electrical experience
Strong, real-world electrical troubleshooting skills
Advanced knowledge of lighting repair and replacement
Deep knowledge of signs and lighting systems
Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work
Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job right
OSHA 10 certified (minimum)
Able to provide your own electrical tools
Physically able to access tight spaces, climb, and work in the field
Lead Tech Responsibilities
Assist fellow technicians by phone with direction and troubleshooting support
Step in to help schedule technicians when needed (including when office staff is unavailable)
Retain job history and site knowledge (past issues, power source locations, layouts, etc.)
Accurate and consistent with field work
Complete paperwork and notes with few to zero mistakes
Lead other technicians by example - work ethic, safety, and quality
Willing to train, support, and help grow the team
Nice to Have
CDL is a plus
