We’re looking for an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, leadership, and safety, we want to hear from you!

Position: Lead ElectricianJob Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial/residential projects
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code
Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients

Requirements:- 8(+) years of electrical experience- Leadership or foreman experience preferred- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage teams- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Valid driver’s license
