- Assist with ordering parts, tracking inventory, and maintaining shop supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements.
Team Support
- Work closely with other mechanics to troubleshoot difficult repairs.
- Share knowledge and mentor less experienced technicians.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience repairing diesel trucks, semi-trucks, fleet vehicles, or heavy equipment

- Exposure to diesel equipment, noise, vibration, dust, grease, and varying weather conditions.
- Monday–Friday schedule with regular overtime opportunities.
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
