Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, resourceful, and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, your primary objective is to identify, research, and compile highly targeted lists of prospective clients that match our ideal customer profile (ICP). You will bridge the gap between marketing and sales by building the data foundation our outreach teams need to succeed. The ideal candidate loves the thrill of the hunt, possesses sharp investigative skills, and takes pride in data accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Lead Discovery
Conduct deep-market research to identify target companies, industries, and geographic segments that fit our ICP.
Locate and map out key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Monitor industry trends, buying signals, and company news (e.g., funding rounds, hiring surges) to trigger timely lead generation.
2. List Building & Data Enrichment
Build, segment, and scrub highly accurate lists of prospects for the sales and marketing teams.
Verify and enrich contact information, including direct dials, verified email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
Eliminate duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant data to maintain a highly efficient database.
3. Database Management & Inbound Routing
Input and organize newly discovered lead data into the company CRM with proper tagging and source tracking.
Manage inbound lead capture forms and ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are promptly enriched and assigned to the right sales reps.
Analyze lead generation metrics to identify which channels and list profiles yield the highest conversion rates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
List Volume & Velocity: Meeting weekly or monthly targets for the number of net-new verified leads added to the pipeline.
Data Accuracy & Bounce Rates: Maintaining a hard email bounce rate below a strict threshold (e.g., under 3–5%).
Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion: The percentage of generated leads that successfully convert into qualified sales opportunities.
