Job Description

We're looking to hire an outgoing, friendly, people oriented person to represent us during various home shows, festivals, and other events on weekdays and weekends throughout the year. If you like the idea of getting paid to travel across the greater Sacramento area to talk to people for a few hours a day, this is the job for you!

Your main responsibilities in this role goes as follows:

Professionally representing Closet Factory at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events.
Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and signing them up for free estimates.
Following our tried and true sales methodology
Setup and break down the company booth before and after the show.

Key qualifications include:

Have a great outgoing personality and love to help people.
Be available to work weekends.
Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license (this role requires a lot of driving)
Be able to lift 20-30 lbs independently
Have 3 years experience in Sales or in person marketing

We pay on a base plus bonus comp plan. On target earnings for this role is $18-$40/hr, however we don't cap bonuses, and we love to reward a job well done!

Mileage reimbursement program included when applicable.
