Job Description

Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define the strategic framework for a major portfolio segment including market selection, segmentation, and prioritized use cases; size opportunities using TAM/SAM/SOM and translate into multi‑year growth roadmaps and annual operating plans.

  • Lead market orientation and competitive intelligence programs across assigned portfolio to anticipate customer needs, regulatory shifts, and disruptive technologies; convert insights into portfolio bets and product/partner roadmaps.

  • Establish and communicate clear business plans and success metrics, aligning cross‑functional teams to portfolio and corporate objectives.

Solutions Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Direct solution requirements, value propositions, and release plans across assigned portfolio in partnership with Product, Engineering/IT, Operations, and Design/Creative.

  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy based on buyer vs. user dynamics, value realization, and financial models (e.g., CAC, LTV, payback).

  • Oversee launch excellence and post‑release lifecycle management (adoption, expansion, renewals, and cross‑sell/upsell) including messaging, collateral, education/training, and customer advocacy.

Go‑to‑Market Architecture & Commercial Enablement

  • Direct naming, pricing, and packaging for assigned portfolio; craft differentiated positioning and messaging for priority customer segments and Growth Units.

  • Serve as senior sales SME: equip field teams with competitive playbooks, enterprise solution demos, MVP narratives, and strategic account positioning.

  • Drive cross‑solution bundling strategies that increase account penetration and total customer value across assigned portfolio.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate third‑party partners (channel, marketplace, provider networks) to extend reach, accelerate time‑to‑value, and open new revenue streams within scope.

  • Set partner policies and operating mechanisms for assigned areas; co‑develop GTM plays and conduct joint business reviews.

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Legal on deal structures and contract negotiations (e.g., SOWs, CSAs, NDAs, LOIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements.

Financial, Governance & Performance Management

  • Own portfolio financial performance for assigned areas (revenue, gross margin, project profitability) and scenario planning; make trade‑offs to maximize ROI.

  • Install dashboards and cadences for GU results, pipeline conversion, win/loss, price realization, and post‑sale value metrics; lead quarterly business reviews.

  • Partner with central regulatory and quality functions to ensure market‑specific compliance and risk management.

Innovation & Incubation

  • Manage innovation initiatives to scan emerging technologies and business models within assigned areas; test, validate, and scale high‑potential growth bets.

  • Champion customer‑informed MVPs and iterative validation with strategic accounts.

Leadership & Talent

  • Build, coach, and retain a high‑performing Solutions Management team; set clear objectives/KPIs, allocate work to strengths, and recognize top performers.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and market‑backed decision‑making; regularly communicate progress against the plan.

  • Mentor and develop Senior Growth Strategists and Growth Strategists; build bench strength and succession plans.

Compensation Range:

$156,290-$227,402

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
