What You'll Do

Complete high-quality home repair and maintenance projects
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians
Maintain TruBlue's standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service
Communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations on-site
Ensure safety, precision, and consistency on every job

Typical projects include:

Kitchen and bathroom improvements
Drywall repair and patchwork
Flooring installation and repairs
General carpentry tasks
Interior and exterior painting
Basic plumbing and electrical work (within scope)

Who You Are

10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction
Prior experience leading or mentoring technicians preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Committed to quality workmanship and supporting both team and clients
Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a complete set of tools
Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
