Our work goes beyond traditional handyman services. We help homeowners improve safety, accessibility, functionality, and quality of life through professional home service solutions and aging-in-place modifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Represent TruBlue as a trusted advisor and home service professional

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of professional experience in residential construction, remodeling, handyman services, or home maintenance
  • Strong carpentry skills with experience in trim, doors, framing, cabinetry, and finish work
  • Proficient in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repair work
  • Experience leading projects and working independently without supervision
  • Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners and managing customer expectations
  • Experience with aging-in-place modifications, accessibility solutions, or senior-focused services is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience using service management software such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms
  • Familiar with job costing, estimating, material planning, and project documentation
  • Owns professional-grade tools necessary to perform the work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35–$38 per hour based on experience and qualifications
  • Salary option available for highly qualified candidates
  • Paid Time Off
  • 8 Paid Company Holidays
  • 2 Floating Holidays
  • Consistent Full-Time Schedule
  • Company Uniforms and Branded Gear
  • Opportunities for Advancement and Leadership Growth
  • Supportive Team Environment
  • Meaningful Work That Improves Lives Every Day

Additional Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
