Lead Housekeeper

Full Time | Day Shift

PAY RATE BETWEEN $19.50-22/HOUR (based on experience)

Lead Housekeeper Requirements:

Healthcare, long-term care, or senior living housekeeping/laundry experience preferred

What you'll do as a Lead Housekeeper?

Support and lead housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff, including training, coaching, scheduling support, and coverage as needed
Assist the Director in daily operations, including staff supervision, supply ordering, and departmental organization
Ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met across resident rooms, common areas, offices, and flooring through regular inspections and audits
Prepare resident rooms for occupancy, maintain linen inventory, and always prioritize resident and staff safety
