Pay & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: $35.75–$45.75/hour (based on experience and licensing)
- Sign-On Bonus:Up to $5,000, structured based on licensing and certifications
- Overtime available seasonally
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Typical hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling options, including 4/10 schedules

What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, and ductwork
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and adjustments independently
- Provide professional, respectful customer service
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
- Train and mentor apprentices
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Preferred (Not Required)
- Connecticut D or S License
- NATE Core Certification (or willingness to obtain - we reimburse)
