Lead HVAC Installer
Climate Guys is a family-owned business providing services to the Western Michigan area since 2010. We are seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Hours: 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lead a team
- Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
- Ability to lift and carry 100lbs
- Able to perform layout of HVAC systems, duct design and sizing for new homes
