What We Offer You:
- Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on your experience

What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a crew while installing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
- Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
- Manage job paperwork, material tracking, job costing, and on-site organization
- Mentor and guide other installers to maintain high performance and professional standards
- Deliver installations that create happy, satisfied customers
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of residential retrofit installation experience
- At least 1 year of experience with furnaces / forced air systems
- At least 1 year of experience with A/C and refrigeration systems
- EPA Type 2 Certification
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to comfortably work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of ductwork / sheet metal fabrication experience
- 2+ years of hot water piping installation experience
- Experience designing and laying out projects for new construction and remodels
- Background working on high-end custom homes
