What You’ll Do
- Install residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems
- Test all systems after installation and fix any issues before finalizing the job
- Read blueprints and building plans accurately and present solutions professionally
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience every visit
- Work according to company standards and safety practices
- Assist with mentoring and training junior installers
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- 4+ years of HVAC Install experience
- HVAC Service experience preferred but not required
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- Service Titan (preferred but willing to train)
- Strong customer communication and ability to explain system operations accurately
