✅ Install HVAC systems in residential homes
✅ Ensure safety and code compliance on every job
✅ Collaborate with the installation team to get the job done effectively and efficiently
✅ Represent MasterTech by providing great customer service and a positive and professional attitude
What We’re Looking For:
✔ An experienced HVAC Installer, preferably with experience as a Lead Installer (3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience)✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, and installations from the ground up✔ EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to adjust communication style to provide the best customer experience possible
✔ Ability to create detailed job notes for future reference
✔ Willingness to teach and learn by sharing experiences with coworkers
✔ Open to trying new ideas and recommending process improvements
✔ Frequent communication with dispatch regarding job status and scheduling
✔ Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and company vehicles
✔ Commitment to working safely and helping ensure teammates work safely✔ Positive, can-do attitude

Physical Demands / Working Conditions
To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk. The employee frequently must reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to:
- Climb ladders
- Work in hot and cold environments
- Work in small crawl spaces and attics
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs. or more
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment varies depending on the season and scope of work. Employees must work outdoors throughout all seasons.
