Lead HVAC Installer | $30.00 - $36.00 per hour + Take Home Van

We're hiring aLead Residential HVAC Installer to run installation projects across the Phoenix metro area.
Overview: Responsibilities include HVAC system installation and changeouts, commissioning, job organization, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining clean job sites.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through FridayNo Weekends! Overtime Available

The Type of Installer We're Looking For:
- We want installers who care about their work and take pride in a job done right.
- Our installers focus on clean, professional installations - not rushed volume installs.
You should be comfortable leading jobs and installing:
- Residential AC systems
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Duct modifications
- Indoor air quality accessories
Requirements
- 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with HVAC system changeouts
- EPA certification
- NATE certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices
