Lead HVAC Installer- Residential

Location: White Plains, NY

For 24+ years, Innovative Air has delivered residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and IAQ services with a customer-first, detail-obsessed approach. We're family-owned, locally operated, and built on Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Compassion, and Trust. We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll lead residential replacement installs (furnaces/AC/ductless), run a clean and efficient jobsite, and mentor installers, while delivering true white-glove service in customers' homes.

Key responsibilities for Lead HVAC Installer

Lead residential HVAC changeouts: gas furnaces, condensers, coils, ductless systems
Manage job flow, materials, quality checks, and crew coordination
Keep jobs clean/protected (booties, drop cloths, respect for the home)
Communicate clearly with homeowners and the internal team for a smooth closeout
Ensure code compliance, safety, and top-tier workmanship

Qualifications for Lead HVAC Installer

3 to 5 or more years leading residential HVAC installs (or strong install leadership equivalent)
Solid troubleshooting and installation best practices (airflow, charge, startup, etc.)
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements).
Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law.

Pay & benefits

Full-time- W2 Employee
Pay: $35 to $50 per hour (6 or more years plus advanced certs/leadership). Final offer based on experience, certifications, and interview.
Eligible for performance bonuses/spiffs (details shared during interview)
Guaranteed 40 hours/week
