We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will install systems to the highest standards while supervising and mentoring other installers.

Pay Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Schedule 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required)

Position Summary Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing an outstanding customer experience. Supervise and lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality, timely job completion.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team
HVAC technical school certification preferred
Proficient in installing gas pipe and refrigeration pipe
Strong skills in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
Able to train, mentor, and supervise other installers
Exceptional safety knowledge and practices
General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
EPA Certification
Must obtain and maintain all installer-based NATE certifications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Energetic personality with a positive attitude
Well-organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
