Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installer who can perform amazing work and lead a motivated team in doing the same. Based in Pittsboro, IN, we also serve the Brownsburg area. You'll join us from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime as required to meet business/client needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum Qualifications
- Universal EPA certification
- 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
- Valid driver's License with a clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work some overtime if needed
Preferred Criteria
- NATE certification
- 1+ years of experience as a lead installer
- Management experience
- Experience installing geothermal/mini split appliances

This is a working leadership role where you'll watch over a dedicated team to complete accurate, compliant, and timely heating and air conditioning installations. You'll guide your team through the job while performing hands-on work yourself. You'll also be responsible for customer interaction, making sure to treat every client respectfully and deliver the best customer service possible!
