Position Summary: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also supervise installers, maintaining top-quality work and timely job completion.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
Valid 06A HVAC Electrical license is highly preferred.
EPA Certification is required.
Proficiency in HVAC functional design and ductwork system installation.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
Exceptional safety awareness regarding tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
Ability to test and balance HVAC systems effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide team members and assist customers.
NATE Certification is a plus.
