General knowledge of safe working practices and applicable federal/state OSHA requirements is required.Physical Demands / Working ConditionsTo adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk. The employee frequently must reach with hands and arms.The employee must be able to:

• Climb ladders
• Work in hot and cold environments
• Work in small crawl spaces and attics
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs. or more

Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.The work environment varies depending on the season and scope of work.
