Job Description

Lead Residential HVAC Installer | $33–$39/hr + Up to $10,000 Sign-On BonusVirginia Beach & Newport News, VALead the install. Build it right. Work with a team that has your back.Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company serving Virginia Beach and the Peninsula since 2009. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installations, keep the job moving, and set the standard for quality workmanship.What You'll DoLead residential HVAC installations, including system replacements, split systems, and ductwork

Take ownership of the job from equipment setup through startup and final testing

Direct helpers and junior installers while maintaining a productive job site

Complete system startup, testing, and commissioning

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Ensure installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards

What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Ability to independently lead and complete installation projectsEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and clean driving record

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime during peak seasons
