Responsibilities

Change out and Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems (sometimes commercial)
Perform duct modifications and system changeouts
Lead installations and guide team members when necessary
Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Communicate effectively with customers and teammates

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC change out and installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and installation practices
Customer-first attitude with professional communication skills
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus a percentage of job revenue
Signing bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
